With a background in real estate and a deep curiosity for how the lending side of the business works, Liz made the exciting leap into the mortgage world and is proud to be in her first year at Coastline Mortgage. As an agent with Douglas Realty, being part of the DCA family felt like home by joining Coastline.

Her goal is to make the mortgage process approachable and stress-free by maintaining constant communication and breaking down each step so her clients feel informed and confident. She strives to bring a warm and comforting presence to every interaction—something she hope shines through in every conversation.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at the gym or spending time with her family. A fun fact? She was once on the path to becoming an NFL cheerleader after over 10 years of competitive cheer! Someday, she’d love to create a nonprofit that focuses on financial literacy for young adults—helping others understand credit, budgeting, and building a strong financial foundation.

Heather was looking for a change from her previous job as a paralegal, and with her general knowledge of real estate, decided to embark on a career in the mortgage industry. She joined Coastline Mortgage in 2020 and couldn't be happier with her decision as the atmosphere at Coastline was the perfect fit! She enjoys working as a processor and truly cares about each and every one of her clients - she loves putting a TRUE smile on their faces.
When Heather is not processing deals, she loves spending time with her son and catching up with friends. In her spare time, Heather loves to get lost in true crime documentaries. The stories and the psychology behind them fascinate her and she just can't get enough! Heather describes herself as a "sour patch kid" not because she loves the candy, but because she can be sweet and sour - not that her clients ever see the sour side! A goal that Heather has set for herself is to eventually take the MLO exam and further her career with Coastline Mortgage.
Heather was born and raised in Maryland but recently moved to Pennsylvania where she bought her first home. She learned firsthand that achieving the goal of homeownership is incredibly fulfilling. She will work diligently to make sure the process is an easy one for her clients by working closely with each member of her team. She truly believes that Coastline is a family and knows that it is exactly the place and people she wants to be around.
