Christa has an extensive background in consumer loans and decided to elevate her career by branching out into mortgage loan processing. She loved the learning and growth opportunities which the job description provided for, and felt secure based upon the positive reviews for Coastline Mortgage. It was with this information that she felt confident in taking a chance on her career - and has since been able to continually expand her knowledge base. Since taking the position with Coastline Mortgage, she has worked in the mortgage industry for almost a year and a half and appreciates that she found a job where she can thrive.
During the summer months, Christa likes to relax in the great outdoors by going camping with her husband and children. She may have been born and raised in Maryland, but her love of travel knows no bounds. Christa considers herself to be loyal, respectful, and considerate – all traits that help her accomplish her goals of being successful and learning as much as possible.
She wants customers to know that Coastline Mortgage has a great team of employees who get the job done for each and every borrower. They treat each customer the way they treat their employees – with the utmost respect and care. Christa enjoys coming to work each day because each loan is so individualized - no two are ever the same. She looks forward to working with borrowers and continuing to learn new aspects of the mortgage business!
Heather was looking for a change from her previous job as a paralegal, and with her general knowledge of real estate, decided to embark on a career in the mortgage industry. She joined Coastline Mortgage in 2020 and couldn't be happier with her decision as the atmosphere at Coastline was the perfect fit! She enjoys working as a processor and truly cares about each and every one of her clients - she loves putting a TRUE smile on their faces.
When Heather is not processing deals, she loves spending time with her son and catching up with friends. In her spare time, Heather loves to get lost in true crime documentaries. The stories and the psychology behind them fascinate her and she just can't get enough! Heather describes herself as a "sour patch kid" not because she loves the candy, but because she can be sweet and sour - not that her clients ever see the sour side! A goal that Heather has set for herself is to eventually take the MLO exam and further her career with Coastline Mortgage.
Heather was born and raised in Maryland but recently moved to Pennsylvania where she bought her first home. She learned firsthand that achieving the goal of homeownership is incredibly fulfilling. She will work diligently to make sure the process is an easy one for her clients by working closely with each member of her team. She truly believes that Coastline is a family and knows that it is exactly the place and people she wants to be around.
Rena first entered into the mortgage industry 23 years ago, primarily because of the opportunity it afforded her as a military wife, and has stuck with it ever since. A mutual friend helped make the connection between her and Coastline Mortgage, but what really intrigued her was the affiliation between a mortgage company and a real estate company. She understood the unique potential that the affiliation presented with regards to building relationships and the capacity for growth.
Outside of the office, Rena is the very definition of an outdoorswoman. She likes to work in her garden and take her dogs to visit state parks. She and her family also tend honeybees in their backyard - they even make their own honey from the hives. Rena’s personal goal that she’d love to accomplish is to have a working farm where she can raise her own animals and grow all her own food.
Though Rena currently lives in Maryland, she was born in Texas and will always consider it home. From her own experience, she understands just how important home can be, so she takes the utmost care with Coastline's customers, knowing that the mortgage process is an integral part of establishing home for them. As our Processing Manager, she wants every buyer to feel that they can reach out to her directly, regardless of which loan officer they are working with. She is here to answer questions and address concerns in order to get our clients into the home they love. Her knowledge of the industry and her meticulous nature make the process as smooth as possible - you'll know you’re in great hands.
Courtney began working in the mortgage industry in November 2020 and quickly moved to processing in June 2021. She was looking for a change from her previous job as she wanted something more challenging, so she decided to join Coastline Mortgage. All it took was a little push from her husband - a loan officer with our team. She has quickly learned that no two deals are the same at Coastline Mortgage and she appreciates the opportunity to constantly learn new things. She feels fulfilled both personally and professionally, due to the challenge of having no two days the same.
When Courtney is not working diligently to get borrowers into their dream homes, she likes to spend time relaxing by the pool or reading horror novels. She also loves to snuggle her three puppies and looks forward to becoming a new mom in the coming months. One of Courtney's many claims to fame is that she is part of the 1% of the population that is ambidextrous!
Courtney brings a lot to the table, but her exemplary attention to detail and patience are qualities which greatly benefit Coastline Mortgage and each of its individual borrowers. She wants clients to know that each member of Coastline's team works very well together and keeps a constant line of communication open. They all have the same goal for each borrower – to make the dream home a reality.
